I’ll say it again – you can make your own candy here!!!

Seriously, whatever your tired, sunburned little heart desires – sprinkles, drizzled chocolates, M&Ms and other candy pieces, nuts and coconut, all piled high over your choice of cookies, rice crispy treats, pretzels, caramel apples, and more! It’s enough that any given trip to Downtown Disney for me really isn’t complete until I’ve grabbed at least a “little” snack for the road (or hopefully hotel!) … I tell ya, there are few better ways to wind down back at your resort after a long day of touring the parks than by enjoying a sweet treat customized to your precise specifications with a tall glass of milk and a little Who’s Line Is It Anyways? playing on the TV across the room!

Of course, I do enjoy many of the other offerings even beyond the Create-Your-Own Candy Counter as well – it’s always neat to see all of the new seasonal treats on display in the the candy and bakery case, I’ve got many a collectible cup from the slushee station at the front of the store, and even just the ginormous bins of jelly beans and gummi bears and every variety of candy you can imagine – this was what they were talking about when that whole “kid in a candy store”-phrase was first said…

Mr. Wonka, step aside – there’s a new purveyor of delectable sweets in town, and Goofy be thy name!
